Your personal data will be maintained by Emerson Electric Co. and available to system users across the Company to facilitate communication, to evaluate and facilitate functional resource utilization, and to maintain adequate computer system security.
Although this data will be accessible to Emerson system users in countries that may not have adequate levels of data protection, Emerson has established internal rules to protect and control the use of your personal data as well as formal contracts governing the transfer of personal data out of the European Union in conformity with the standard clauses of the European Commission and local data protection regulations.
You may access and correct your data at any time, but you will be required to do so monthly.
